This fall, we invite you to join a three-part workshop series led by Beth Douthirt-Cohen, Ph.D., designed to deepen our shared commitment to community, belonging, and well-being across the SPP community (9/29, 10/29 and 12/1).
Workshop 1: Explore the principles of inclusive leadership and how they support a values-driven culture. This session will focus on aligning leadership practices with our shared values to foster growth, opportunity, belonging, and accountability.
