Tuition for these programs is a flat rate for the entire program. These programs are not Golden ID Eligible.

Maryland Resident Classification
Applicants are granted resident or "in-state" status if they have been domiciled in Maryland for at least 12 months prior to the last day of registration for the forthcoming semester, and have been financially independent for the previous 12 months.
