Diana Allos is a program coordinator at the Do Good Institute supporting the Nonprofit Management and Leadership Certificate as well as the Executive Education & Training programs. Working closely with the faculty director, Allos is responsible for managing recruitment and engagement within the Nonprofit Management Leadership Certificate Program. She is also developing a new curriculum for Do Good’s new executive education program.
Allos has experience affecting positive change through work in higher education, local government and various nonprofit organizations. Her experience at the University of Maryland includes work in student services in the School of Public Policy and work as a coordinator with the University Senate Office. While working with nonprofit organizations, Allos has worked on issues of domestic violence, refugee resettlement, juvenile justice, public health and environmental justice.
Allos has her Bachelor in Social Work from the University of Vermont and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Policy at UMD. She is also completing the Nonprofit Management Leadership Certificate. Her focus areas are social policy, public health, environmental justice, nonprofit management and community development.
In her free time, Allos enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, making crafts, cooking and enjoying the company of family and friends.
