Faculty Affairs Program Manager
Melodie Lim is the Faculty Affairs Program Manager in the School of Public Policy. Prior to joining SPP, she was part of the Human Resources Team at UMD College of Information. She has over 15 years of experience in project management and human resources across the nonprofit, government contracting and education sectors. Lim’s dedication to public service began through her involvement in Public Allies Washington, DC, an AmeriCorps program.
Lim holds a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
