The Maryland Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) will be hosting a joint speaker series with the School of Public Policy. This session will feature Michael J. Frenz, Executive Director of the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA). MSA was created to select sites and operate facilities across the state, including the Hippodrome Performing Arts Center, Pimlico Race Course, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, and M&T Bank Stadium.
Students interested in learning more about public administration, urban development, and stadium operations are encouraged to attend and bring questions!
