Join the School of Public Health Alumni Network in partnership with the School of Public Policy Alumni Network for a discussion of the contributing factors and rippling, disproportionate effects of gun violence on the health and well-being of DMV residents. Featuring leading public health and policy experts, dive into the data, practices and policies that shape the issues and proposed solutions of the nationwide gun violence epidemic, its inequitable impact on the DMV and greater Maryland community, and how we can work together to break down the barriers to improve safety and quality of life for DMV residents.
