Ann White is an intelligence and cybersecurity professional with over 35 years of experience using technology and repeatable processes to scale problem solving for national security. As a former senior executive leader at the National Security Agency, she solved challenges against our nation’s top tier intelligence targets, including counterterrorism and nation states. Always focused on national security context and mission outcomes, she worked across departments and agencies in her roles at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence as Chief of the Collection Integration Group and as the National Security Agency’s Election Security Lead. She was recognized for her achievements with a National Intelligence Certificate of Distinction and a Presidential Rank Award, given to only 5% of government senior executives. White holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama and an MS in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She teaches as a senior lecturer at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
