SPP students breaking ground

The University of Maryland broke ground on Oct. 29 on a new School of Public Policy building: a space to inspire and empower Terps to tackle the world's most pressing issues. Joined by students, and university, state and local officials, Dean Robert Orr told guests: “Serving the public good is not just what we do, it’s who we are.”
