Eva Morgan serves as an academic advisor for Undergraduate Studies where she supports students as they make the School of Public Policy their academic home. She believes that the collegiate experience is about exploration and transformation, and she is extremely passionate about collaborating with students to design academic plans that incorporate their personal interests while maximizing their strengths. She comes to the University of Maryland with an eclectic professional background, which includes six years as a senior editor at PRNewswire Service, eight years as a middle school reading and language arts teacher at Clayton County Public Schools, and four years as academic advisor at Trinity Washington University.
Morgan has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and earned a master’s degree in education from Mercer University.
